08.04.2023 tarihinde gerçekleşecek olan Erasmus+ yazılı ve sözlü sınavları hem 2023 Yaz Staj hareketliliği hem de 2023-2024 Güz döneminde gerçekleşecek olan Öğrenim/Staj hareketliliği içindir.

YAZILI SINAVI İÇİN

08.04.2023 tarihinde gerçekleşecek olan Erasmus+ yazılı sınavı saat 09.30’da başlayacak olup, 12.30’da bitecektir.

Yazılı sınava www.oys.hku.edu.tr adresinden katılabilirsiniz.

Lütfen sınavdan önce modüle göz atınız.

Sistem 12.30’da kapanacaktır, bu sebepten dolayı herhangi bir teknik sorun ile karşılaşılmaması adına sınavı 12.20’de göndermiş olmanız tavsiye edilir.

Sınavın zamanında gönderilmediği durumda tüm sorumluluk öğrenciye aittir.

Teknik sorun ile karşılaşıldığında ekran görüntüsü alınarak iro@hku.edu.tr’ye mail atılabilir.

Sınav başlatılmadan önce, saat 08.50’de, aşağıda isminizin bulunduğu listedeki gözetmen öğretim elemanının toplantı linkine kameranızın ve mikrofonunuzun açık bir durumda tıklayarak sınavınızı saati geldiğinde başlatabilirsiniz. Toplantıya dahil olamadığınız durumda ilgili öğretim elamanına mail atarak toplantı linkine ulaşabilirsiniz.

Hatırlatma: Sınava oys.hku.edu.tr’den saat 09.30’da ulaşabilirsiniz. 

Aynı zamanda online olarak aşağıda adınızın bulunduğu linke saat 08.50’de tıklayarak sınav toplantı linkine katılabilirsiniz. 

Sınav sırasında Zoom toplantısında kameranız ve mikrofonunuz açık olmalıdır. 

 

08-50 ve 09.20 arasında gözetmen öğretim üyesine öğrenci kimliği, görünür bir şekilde gösterilmelidir.

Sınavın başlamasına rağmen öğrenci çevrimiçi, kamera ve mikrofonun açık bir şekilde gerçekleşen toplantıya katılmadığı durumda öğrencinin sınavı geçersiz sayılacaktır.

Çevrimiçi toplantıya öğrenciler en geç 09.35’e kadar katılmalıdır, 09.35‘ten sonra toplantıya yeni öğrenci alınmayacaktır bu da sınavın iptali ile sonuçlanır.

Çevrimiçi toplantıda kamera ve mikrofonun açık olmaması da sınavın iptali ile sonuçlanır, bu sebepten dolayı sınavdan önce kamera ve mikrofonunuzu kontrol etmeniz tavsiye edilir.

Dinleme bölümü toplantıdaki öğretim elemanı tarafından sınav süresince oynatılacaktır, hoparlörünüzün çalıştığından lütfen emin olunuz.

Sınav dinleme, dil bilgisi, kelime bilgisi, okuma ve yazma becerilerini içerir.

Sınavı word dosyasında, Times New Roman fontunda ve 12 puntoda olmalıdır. Satır aralığı ise 1,5’tur.

Sınavda, okuma becerisini test eden sorulardan sonra yazma bölümü gelecektir; word dosyanızın yükleneceğiniz alan burasıdır.

Sınav süresince teknik sorunlardan kaynaklı gönderememe durumunda teknik sorunun ekran görüntüsünü almak şartıyla yazma dosyalarınızı iro@hku.edu.tr mail adresine sınav süresi içerisinde gönderebilirsiniz.

Dosyaların benzerlik oranlarına bakılacaktır, %20’den fazla olan benzerlik raporları öğrencinin ilgili bölümden 0 (sıfır) almasıyla sonuçlanacaktır.

Teknik Husular:

  1. Her sınava yalnız bir kez giriş yapılabilir.
  2. Online sınavlar esnasında dikkat edilmesi gereken teknik hususlar aşağıdaki gibidir:
  3. Sınav esnasında web tarayıcınızın “Yenile” butonunu (F5) kullanmayınız.
  4. Sınav esnasında web tarayıcınızı kapatmayınız.
  5. Web tarayıcınızda kullanılan kısayol tuşlarını sınav süresince kullanmayınız.
  6. Sınav esnasında web tarayıcınızın “Geri” butonuna kullanmayınız.
  7. Sınav esnasında internet sağlayıcı cihazınızın gücünü kesmeyiniz ya da kapatmayınız.

 

Sınav Kuralları:

Sınav güvenliği kapsamında online sınavlarda uyulması gereken yasaklar aşağıda verilmiştir. Bu yasakları ihlal ettiği belirlenen öğrencinin sınavı geçersiz sayılır ve haklarında öğrenci disiplin yönetmeliği uyarınca soruşturma açılır:

  1. Sınav sorularını ve/veya cevaplarını kopyalamak, dağıtmak, paylaşmak, çoğaltmak, ya da yayınlamak.
  2. Sınava kendisi yerine bir başkasının girmesini sağlamak.
  3. Web tarayıcısının özelliklerini sınav güvenliğini tehlikeye düşürecek şekilde değiştirmek.
  4.  Sınav verilerini değiştirmek için teşebbüste bulunmak.
  5. Öğrencinin yerine başkasının sınava girmesi
  6. Öğrencinin başkası adına soruları cevaplaması,
  7. E-sınavı teknik hilelerle (ekran karartma, ekran kilitleme, vb.) duraklatmak ya da sınavın güvenliğini ve akışını etkileyecek herhangi bir eylemde bulunmak.

Sınav gizliliği esastır; soruların kopyalanması, yazdırılması, kaydedilmesi, fotoğrafının çekilmesi ve paylaşılması yasaktır. Paylaşım halinde Yükseköğretim Kurumları Öğrenci Disiplin Yönetmeliği hükümleri uygulanır.

The Erasmus+ written and oral exams to be held on 08.04.2023 are for both the 2023 Summer Internship Mobility and the 2023-2024 Fall Semester Study/Internship Mobility.

FOR THE WRITTEN EXAM

The Erasmus+ written exam will start at 09:30 and end at 12:30 on 08.04.2023.

You can participate in the written exam at www.oys.hku.edu.tr.

The OYS Online Exam Module User Guide for Students is as follows;

Please review the module before the exam.

The system will close at 12:30, so it is recommended to send the exam by 12:20 to avoid any technical problems.

If the exam is not sent on time, the student is solely responsible.

In case of technical problems, a screenshot can be taken and sent to iro@hku.edu.tr.

Before starting the exam, at 08.50, you can start your exam meeting by clicking on the meeting link of the invigilating academician whose name is listed below with your camera and microphone on. If you cannot join the meeting, you can reach the relevant instructor by e-mail to access the meeting link.

Reminder: You can access the exam at oys.hku.edu.tr at 09.30.

You can also join the exam meeting link below online by clicking on it at 08.50.

During the exam, your camera and microphone should be on in the Zoom meeting.

Between 08:50 and 09:30, students must show their student ID visibly to the invigilating academician.

If the student does not attend the online meeting with their camera and microphone on during the exam, the student’s exam will be invalid.

Students must attend the online meeting by 09:35 at the latest. After 09:35, none of the students will be admitted to the meeting, which will result in the cancellation of the exam.

If the camera and microphone are not on during the online meeting, the exam will be cancelled. Therefore, it is recommended to check your camera and microphone before the exam.

The listening section will be played by the academician during the exam. Please make sure that your speaker is working.

The exam includes listening, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.

The writing document must be in a Word format, in Times New Roman font and 12-point size. The line spacing should be 1.5.

After the reading comprehension questions, the writing section will follow; this is where you will upload your Word file.

If you cannot send your writing files due to technical problems during the exam, you can send them to iro@hku.edu.tr within the exam time, provided that you take a screenshot of the technical problem.

The similarity rates of the files will be checked, and similarity reports of over 20% will result in the student receiving a grade of 0 (zero) from the relevant department.

Technical Issues:

Only one entry is allowed for each exam. The technical issues that need to be considered during online exams are as follows: Do not use the “Refresh” button (F5) on your web browser during the exam. Do not close your web browser during the exam. Do not use shortcut keys on your web browser during the exam. Do not use the “Back” button on your web browser during the exam. Do not turn off or disconnect the power of your internet provider device during the exam.

Exam Rules:

The prohibitions that must be followed in online exams within the scope of exam security are given below. If a student is found to have violated these prohibitions, their exam will be considered invalid and an investigation will be opened in accordance with the student discipline regulation:

Copying, distributing, sharing, reproducing, or publishing exam questions and/or answers. Allowing someone else to take the exam on their behalf. Changing the features of the web browser in a way that endangers exam security. Attempting to change exam data. Someone else taking the exam on behalf of the student. Answering questions on behalf of someone else. Engaging in any action that will pause the e-exam through technical tricks (screen blackout, screen lock, etc.) or affect the security and flow of the exam.

Exam confidentiality is essential; it is prohibited to copy, print, save, take a photo of, or share exam questions. In case of sharing, the provisions of the Higher Education Institutions Student Discipline Regulation shall apply.
