How to Apply for KA171 Mobility to HKÜ?
If you are interested in visiting Hasan Kalyoncu University within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 (International Credit Mobility) program, please follow the steps below:

Check for an Active Partnership: Ensure that your home university has a valid Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) with Hasan Kalyoncu University specifically for the KA171 project.

Contact Your Home Institution: The selection process for incoming staff is managed by the sending university. We recommend that you contact the Erasmus+ Office or the International Relations Office of your own institution to inquire about:

Nomination Process: Once you have been officially selected and nominated by your home university, our International Relations Office will contact you to start the formal procedures, including the preparation of your Invitation Letter and Mobility Agreement.
Note to Applicants: Please remember that individual applications made directly to HKÜ cannot be accepted without an official nomination from your home university’s Erasmus+ Office.
